I work with cultural organisations on policy & planning, personal & organisational development and project management. 

I produce projects for writers, offering them commissions and international exchanges as well as exploring interesting ways of getting their work to readers.

I run the Writing Squad for emerging writers in Yorkshire, and am currently Director of the National Association for Literature Development.

I write too, mainly short stories, and work as an editor and critical friend.
